No, but we do assist you by finding the best possible solicitor for your individual case. We have partnered with legal experts up and down the country to do so. Our work is in respect to the management of the regulated claim activity.
→ How do Fairweather Claims get paid?
Fairweather Group are paid by the law firms we work with, meaning you do not pay us a fee. We will refer your claim to a law firm and will be paid via them. If you are successful, you will pay a success fee direct to the law firm, not Fairweather Group.
→ Is it really No Win, No Fee?
Yes, our panel offer the majority of our claims on a No Win, No Fee basis, meaning you will only ever pay our panel’s legal fees if you are successful. Our expert panel of solicitors will go through this process before you sign up.
